Small Batch Ice Cream

Bri started making ice cream the old-fashioned way, in a bucket with layers of ice and rock salt. After a decade of churning homemade ice cream, she got serious about bringing her ice cream creations to the masses in the summer of 2017.

Relying on receipts perfected in that bucket with ice and rock salt, Bri incorporates traditional New England style custard based ice cream with rich unique southern flavors. 

From her chocolate brownie to brown sugar vanilla flavor, Bri's fresh ice cream stands apart with it's rich yet light texture and made from scratch mix-ins. 

You can find her pints in local stores or at several weekly farmers markets.
